dsh-tdd-guard：DSH 下的提交前测试门禁

dsh-tdd-guard 是 lengrufeng2008 维护的 DSH 工作流插件，在 commit 前运行项目 npm test，并可安装带 dsh-tdd-guard 标记的 pre-commit hook；提供 status、check、install、uninstall 命令，DSH 中可用 tdd_check。它是 test-before-commit 门禁，非编辑期 test-first enforcement。Node >=20，MIT 0.1.0。
